This quality management certification covers the design, development, maintenance and implementation of businesses practices, including:
- ISO 26362:2009 Access Panels in Market, Opinion and Social Research.
- ISO 20252:2012 Market, Opinion and Social Research.
ISO 26362 is a standard utilised to certify quality management systems for businesses who own and/or use access panels for market, opinion and social research. ISO 20252 certifies quality management systems for businesses where access panels are used for market social and opinion research.
